Problem and Solution Essay

Feeling stress at school can be a serious problem. We will be difficult to be happy and always overthinking if we feel stressed. Some of us may feel stressed at school. It is because we have lots of homework, the environment at school doesn't suit us, or maybe getting bullied. The question is how to reduce stress at school? The three most important solutions to this problem are take a short break, do our hobby, and holiday or hangout.


The first solution, take a short break. We need a break from our busy life at school, don't think too much of something that make us feel stressed. For example, if we feel stressed because we have lots of homework and can't manage our time, we must finish our homework but interpersed it with a short break like take a nap or watch a movie. Take a break is very important for our health.

Another solution to this problem is do our hobbies. We all are definitely have some hobbies such as playing games, dance, singing, etc. Sometimes, we need to do our hobby to reduce our stress. For example, if we feel stressed because the environment at school doesn't suit us and have lots of homework at the same time, we need to forget for a while about it. We can playing games to reduce our stress, and we will feel very happy if we can do our hobby. 

The last solution, the most important solution, it's holiday or hangout. Holiday or hangout is the best solution to reduce our stress. We can go to to some place which can make us feel happy such as a beach or mall. It's very funny when we can go for a holiday or hangout with our family, our friends or alone, it's not even a big problem if we go for a holiday just alone. For example, we go to a mall for shopping to reduce our stress and will feel happy. We will definitely forget about something that make us feel stressed if we go for a holiday. 

It is very important for us to take a break, do our hobbiy, and holiday to reduce our stress. Don't be an overthinking person. If we live it happily, we will not feel stressed easily.
