The Difference Between Seblak Dago and Seblak Necis
There are a lot of spicy food in Sukabumi. It was the most popular food that many people can not be apart of. And for some people who might interested in bussiness, opening a restaurant that sells spicy food is a huge chances. Sukabumi has a well-known spicy food called Seblak.The basic ingredients are shrimp crackers which are doused with hot water and given herbs and vegetables. Seblak is made from boiled crackers, and given spices such as red onion, garlic, salt, kencur, cayenne pepper, turmeric, and flavoring. It is a general food that many people usually make if they are hang up with. This food is quite affordable. And i will explain about the differences between "Seblak Dago' and 'Seblak Necis', about the location how it taste and also the price.
The location of both Seblak is in Sukabumi, which is not difficult to reach. Seblak Dago is located in Ir. H. Juanda Street. There are a plenty of street vendor that sells Seblak, so you have a lot of option. While Seblak Necis is located near SMPN 1 Cisaat, so this is why it's called 'Necis'. Different from Seblak Dago, Seblak Necis only have one vendor.
Seblak Dago has a various taste, such as Seblak Basah, Seblak Makaroni, Seblak Ceker Ayam, Seblak Baso and many more. So for everyone i bet they will never get bored to eat Seblak. Meanwhile Seblak Necis only have one taste which is original taste. I think the seller of Seblak Necis is willing to hold an original taste of Seblak itself and this is why Seblak Necis has it own lover. But both Seblak is delicious.
And the last thing is about the price. Like i said, Seblak Dago has a various taste so the price too. The price is started from Rp. 10.000, which is the original taste. For example Seblak Baso and Seblak Ceker is costs Rp. 12.000. and if we wanted to add more topping, the price will get higher but i think it is worth the taste. Meanwhile Seblak Necis only costs Rp. 5.000 which is really affordable for student. Maybe this is the reason why Seblak Necis is unique and last for so long, the taste and the price never change.
The conclusion is Both Seblak has a different taste, price, and located in a different place. Both Seblak has their own lover since the start.
