(Division and Classification)
Everyone knows that each region has a characteristic culinary, like in Sukabumi. Sukabumi has lots of culinary which has a really good taste. Everytine we go for a vacation or hangout, the first thing we looked for is a culinary. When we want to go for a vacation or hangout in Sukabumi, we will find Sukabumi’s characteristic culinary. However, when we find a great culinary, we will feel happy. I want to introducing Sukabumi’s characterisitic culinary to the readers and make it be more famous. Culinary in Sukabumi can be grouped into three groups: traditional group, modern group, and souvenir group.
The first group, the traditional group, the traditional culinary is authentic or regional food. Where the process is very controlled by people in that region. So many traditional culinary in Sukabumi, for example bandros. Bandros is a traditional cake made from rice flour, grated coconut, and coconut milk. Bandros is usually served with a sprinkling of sugar. We can find this cake in some roadside in Sukabumi. This cake will be more delicious if we eat it with a hot tea and the weather is cold. Usually, the price of this cake is 5.000 rupiahs.
The next group is the modern group. The modern culinary is some foods which very famous nowadays and liked by many people. Nowadays, so many modern culinary which is liked by many people, especially the spicy one. Sukabumi has lots of modern culinary, for example, seblak. Who doesn’t know this food? I think almost all of us already know this food, especially Sundanese / Sukabuminese people. In Sukabumi, seblak is very famous among the teenagers, we can find this food in some roadside, foodcourt, school, even in a restaurant. Seblak is made from crackers, vegetable such as cabbage or mustard greens, egg, and we can add some topping such as meatball, sausage, chicken, etc. We can choose a level of spiciness of seblak. When we want a very spicy taste or not really spicy, we can ask the seller. We can also make it by ourselves at home. So, we can set the level of spiciness by ourselves. Usually, the price of seblak in Sukabumi is from 5.000 – 15.000 rupiahs.
The last group is the souvenir group. When we go for a vacation to Sukabumi and want to buy a souvenir, we will think that we will buy Sukabumi’s characterisitic food. Sukabumi has some souvenir culinary, one of the is mochi. Mochi is very famous in Sukabumi. The mochi cake has a round shape, sprinkled with a flour, and feel chewy when we eat it. Usually, mochi has a green color, but now it has a various colors which make this cake be more interesting. Mochi has a sweet taste and it will be more delicious if we eat mochi with a hot tea. Mochi is made from flour, sticky rice, sugar, peanuts, and tapioca flour. Usually, mochi is packed in a basket and each basket usually contains 5 to 7 cakes. Nowadays, mochi cake has been varied such as mochi ice cream, and I really like mochi ice cream.
As we can see, Sukabumi has lots of culinary. We can find those foods in some roadside or in a restaurant. We can buy those foods or make it by ourselves at home. All of those culinary that I wrote above have a really good taste. When food has a good taste, it will make us happy and make our mood be more good.

I. Introduction: Sukabumi has lots of spesific culinary such as mochi. There are two of popular mochi in Sukabumi like Mochi Kaswari Lampion and Momochi.
Thesis: Both are different in terms of location, packaging, taste, and price.
II. Pharagraph 1: tell the difference of the location. Both mochi is located in Sukabumi, but in different address.
III. Pharagraph 2: tell the difference of the packaging. The packaging of mochi kaswari lampion is in a basket and a box. Meanwhile the momochi packed only in a box.
IV. Pharagraph 3: tell the difference of the taste. Of course both of mochi has a different taste. Mochi kaswari lampion has a very chewy texture, but the momochi is not very chewy.
V. Pharagraph 4: tell the difference of the price. The price of mochi kaswari lampion and momochi are almost same. Mochi kaswari lampion costs Rp. 40.000 - 50.000, and momochi costs Rp. 45.000.
VI. Conclusion: we can buy mochi for a souvenir culinary.
