I will introduce one of the food in Sukabumi that in Cibadak and this food is very popular among school children, the food is “japlak”. If you visit Cibadak area and its surroundings, you must to try it because it is very tasty, but in other area there are japlak but the most distinctive and tasty is the one in Cibadak. Japlak began to be popular among school children since 2016, and there are who claim that japlak is Cibadak’s food. You can met the japlak across RSUD SEKARWANGI, in Cicurug there is japlak also, so japlak with taste good you can find in Cibadak area. Even it can be categorized as a snack, even heavy food because when you eat japlak, it can block your stomach. Japlak also have a taste good, make a good mood and the price is cheap.
At the first time when I ate japlak feels really strange because my tongue not unusual, but I tried the second time, it exploded in my mouth, broke, really delicious and my tongue was getting used to the taste. For everyone who don’t know what is japlak, japplak also a kind of food that consists of somay crakers, macaroni, white tofu, then there are also various topings that you can choose, there are egg toping, chiken claws, meatballs and you can also mix dried with chili powder as a flavor enhancer. Japlak also has taste variants, japlak original, japlak caramel sauce and japlak kuah. If you eat japlak, I recommended the caramel flavor, it taste really good but the other taste are good but the best is the caramel taste.
I think japlak can improve mood and make a good mood, because if you are stressed or you are bad mood, you should eat japlak it can make you more better. And then this food is really good, especially if spicy is suitable for you who are more stressed.
The price is very cheap, suitbale for school children, the price start from 7.000, 8.000, 10.000 and 13.000. for japlak original 6.000, keep the topping with egg 7.000 meatballs 7.000 and chicken 7.000 or full topping 12.000. Japlak caramel with topping egg 8.000 meatballs 8.000 chicken 8.000 or full topping 13.000. this is very cheap, we can get 1 cup full japlak and mineral water as we like.
