This time I will tell you the recipes and how to make simple lasagna, for mothers or young women who went to learn cooking. Lasagna is a type of food made from pasta baked the oven and it is a traditional food from Italy. Lasagna can be filled with many variants such as meat, vegetables, seafood, chiken and so on according to taste. Now, I will explain in detail what ingredients willl be needed. how to make lasagna sauce and how to make it.
First. The ingredients we will need to make lasagna. We need, 8 pieces of dried lasagna paste, then boil. You can use any brand of pasta according to your taste. 150 grams of grated mozzarella cheese. But, if there is no it you can use cheddar cheese. 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Parmesan cheese is cheese in powder form from Italy. If you have trouble getting it, not using this cheese is fine.
Second. Ingredients for making lasagna sauce. There are two types of sauce that we will make, that is bolognaise sauce and béchamel sauce. First, bolognaise sauce. Two tablespoons of unsalted butter. 200 grams onion, which has been finely chopped. Choose onions that are still fresh. Good tubers, hard, and the skin is still attached to all parts of the onion. 4 cloves garlic, which has been finely chopped. Choose garlic which whose texture is still hard, dry and it has skin like paper. 500 grams chopped beef. 500 grams red tomatoes that have been boiled are then chopped. Boil not too long for just 3 minutes. 150 gram carrot then cut into cubes. Choose a carrot still fresh and the texture is still hard. 150 milli of beef broth. One half oregano dried teaspoon. Oregano is often used for Italian dishes such as lasagna pasta, in making spaghetti is often used. Now, ingredients for making béchamel sauce. 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. 1 liter of milk full cream liquid. ¼ teaspoon of powdered pepper. ½ teaspoon of sugar. 1 teaspoon of salt. 50 grams of shredded cheddar cheese.
Third. How to make lasagna and sauce. First. For making bolognaise sauce. Heat the butter over the Teflon which is already hot. Then, saute onions and garlic until fragrant. Enter the minced beef, then saute it with the onions until the color turns brown. Then enter the tomatoes that have been boiled and chopped, enter the carrot pieces and add the the beef broth. Then, give the spices mentioned erlier. Second. For making béchamel sauce. Heat the butter over the Teflon which is already hot. Then add flour to stir until smooth. Pour the milk little by little until it is evenly mixed with flour. Then, give spices such as nutmeg powder, pepper, sugar salt and grated cheese cheddar, stirring until all ingredients are evenly blended. Now, how to make lasagna. Arrange sequentially from bottom to top. At the bottom, put the pasta skin then put the mozzarella cheese on top. Give béchamel sauce and bolognaise sauce on the cheese.
