Gender equality is getting tighter. although we still can find a discriminatory in several cases. An access for women is increasingly becoming more open from time to time both in the private and the government sector. However, this doesn't mean that women can forget their duties as mothers and as wives in their household. Equality of gender position makes many women can occupy strategic positions. Although a women hold a strategic role in the public role,

" I hope women doesn't forget their responsibilities as a wife and mother for their children and uphold the ethics, courtesy and dignity according to the norms" Yohana said.

Of course, there are some characteristics of women who attempt to equalize their position in the eyes of the public, such as; independent, get out from comfort zone, and modern.

Women are often conditioned to depend on outside factors. Independence is sometimes considered to be domained by men because of gender standardization that has existed so far. there are several aspects in independence, such as:

• 1.  Independent by financial: women don't always have to rely on their financial to a men. therefore the experience gained during work will also provide opportunities for women to actualize themselves.
• 2. Independent by emotionally: women have to realize that all happiness, success and failure that we have is on our hand. We choose our own destiny right? women who are independent by emotional will also don't count on their happiness for people or circumstances outside themselves. They can determine which relationship is good for them or otherwise.
• 3. independent by physically: Independent women don't rely on happiness for good physical form in the opinions of those around them.
• 4. Independent by intellectually: an ability to make decisions for themselves is a form of intellectual independence. The process of thinking independently and solving the problems wisely is one of the characteristics of female intellectual independence.

Women must get out from their comfort zone because women in this modern era are too much influenced by less confidence and low self-esteem at work. And in the end, they refrain themselves from maximizing their own potential and not willing to leave their comfort zone. There are some important rules for women so they can force themselves out from their comfort zones.

• 1. Make sure that work is in line with values and beliefs in your life: a woman must have a valuable vision in her life and work according to that vision, but also can provide income to survive.
• 2. Never stop trying to achieve something higher: women must work in order to achieve higher levels, don't feel intimidated because the opportunity will always come when women are willing to step out of the comfort zone.
• 3. Surrounded by people who supports you: women must have the ability to collaborate and support each other. Every woman needs a support because it acts as a glass or reflection to strengthen themselves.

 "I surrounded by people I knew, even the people who worked with me are the people who have been in my life all this time", Maureen Simon said.

• 4. Don't be too hard on yourself: take time to calm and refresh your mind every day. When someone's mind is in calm and clean condition , it can process information and have clearer intuition. Peace of mind is very important to achieve success.

Being a modern woman makes this woman have plenty of room to show their existence. Being a part of nowaday's women certainly makes them have slightly different thoughts. including the vision of "beautiful", they are not too confused with mainstream beauty standards. They focus on recognizing their strengths and being beautiful in their own way, they show how they thinking and then explore their potential. They really understand how to privilege themselves.

For several decades backwards, women are not allowed to occupy the same role as men. This is not separated from the figures who like to speak about feminism. As the time goes by the changing role of women is slowly growing. Women have takes a charge in various aspects of life especially in economic and political, it is concrete evidence given by the feminists. Of course every human being has the capacity to think and act rationally. So do women, the root of oppression and backwardness in women is caused by  themselves. Women must have getting everything ready to be able to compete in the world in the context of "Free Competition" and have an equal position with men.
